I'm sorry! We cannot change or cancel orders as our warehouse processes and ships them immediately. If you ordered an item that you want to return, you can request a refund through our returns page. Follow the instructions in our Return policy .

Yeah! Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a notification email to inform you that your item has been shipped. In this email you will find your tracking number.

Send an email to support@arzur.es as soon as you realize that you have entered the wrong address and our customer support team will help you.

• We offer store credits only for full price items if you change your mind. We do not offer refunds, however our store credits are valid for 12 months.

• You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Please ensure the item is unused and has all original packaging.

• Items purchased with a discount code or during a promotional period are not eligible for return.

• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and the items must be returned to the ARZUR warehouse in Valencia.

Keep in protective case when not in use.

Avoid wearing it overhead to prevent warping of the frames and stretching of the hinges.

Place the lens of your frame facing up to avoid scratches.

Clean the lens with a microfiber cleaning cloth.

If you can! Take your ARZUR to your optometrist, who can replace your current lenses with prescription ones.

Yeah! All our sunglasses undergo mandatory UV testing and meet European standards.

GENERAL

We do not have distributors as all our styles are exclusive to our online store.

Yeah! All our styles can be worn by everyone.
