• We offer store credits only for full price items if you change your mind. We do not offer refunds, however our store credits are valid for 12 months.
• You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Please ensure the item is unused and has all original packaging.
• Items purchased with a discount code or during a promotional period are not eligible for return.
• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and items must be returned to ARZUR's warehouse in Valencia, Spain.
